Since small businessmen do not have a large amount of capital to work with, they can hire low cost mobile workforce and have them work from anywhere across the globe. If a person or a team is qualified for a position and has an internet connection he or they can virtually work from any corner of the globe whether it is an apartment rented in Wisconsin or a room in a remote part of Africa. According to many prominent researchers, the number of mobile workforce has steadily gone up in the past few years across industries. While some industries have implemented the concept of mobile workforce partially to help employees be more productive, many have adopted it into the structure of their business to lower the operating costs or for their own unique reasons. However, to work from home or outside a common workplace can have its own negative impacts on the mobile workforce as it can sometimes get lonely for the employee and expensive for the employer.
